What happens during the 14 free days?
You can use the plan you choose for 14 days. A card is required at the start, but the first charge only happens on day 15 if you do not cancel before then.
Can I cancel before the first charge?
Yes. If you cancel during the free period, you keep access until the last day of the trial and no charge is made.
How can I explore the platform?
Request a demo. We show the calendar and workflows relevant to your industry, team and priorities.
Is there a commission on bookings?
A Tua Gestão is not a marketplace and does not charge commission on bookings. Payment provider fees apply when you use online payments.
Can you help with migration and setup?
Yes. We assess migration, domain, email and operational setup needs. Additional services require a separate proposal; Studio includes proactive contact during setup.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancellation keeps access available until the end of the contracted period. Data return and retention conditions are described in the Terms and data processing addendum.
Which languages do you support?
We provide support in Portuguese and English through the channels on our contact page.
Are the API and mobile app available now?
Not yet. They are planned next steps, with no promised launch date or inclusion in plans.
